Pathetic Service

Discovery Insure have the worst client service. 3 days after receiving the assessors report and advising that my claim would be finalized i am still waiting. When i called Discovery the claims consultant advised that the repairs had been authorized and that my vehicle would take 15 working days to repair. If I had not followed up the repairs would still not have not commenced on my vehicle. Pathetic service from an "industry leader".
