Pathetic Service

I was involved in a car collision on 1/10/2021. I was given a courtesy car by Discovery Insure on the same day. The insurance took 20 days to approve my car. My car hire is only for 30 days and it was extended until the 10/11/2021,but my car is still at the repair center. Discovery claims department is sending me from pillar to post regarding extending my car hire,instead they follow up with the repair center and checking if the repair centre can offer a courtesy to me. My claim is handled by people who are or interested in their job or just simply ***********.
