Pathetic service

This must be the best insurance to sell **** promises, and collect your money, but as soon as you are claim you are left in the dark. The person assigned to my claim just ignores my emails, I have now called 4 times because the vehicle went in for repairs and was only half completed, and am told everytime by the call centre to just wait. Its nearly a week since I picked up my car for being over a week in for repairs and still I must fight with someone nearly everyday.
