Pathetic service

Its been 3 weeks since my wife's car got hit and yet discovery doesn't care at all. Sent mail after mail no response whatsoever.

Ive never seen a worse insurer then Discovery. They do not care at all! Claim *** | Policy ***

I will write a review every single day until this gets resolved

Worst insurer ever!
I have never in my life struggled like this with an insurer.
No response to phone calls, emails ect.

Your discovery client bumped our car standing still parked in our complex and yet still nothing is being done!!!!!!!!

Most pathetic service i have ever seen!!!!
Car is standing 3 weeks already no assistance whatsoever!!!!!!

I will post every single day until this is resolved!

Never in my life have i struggled like this with a useless insurer!

Received an email to settle.
Payout 15 working days and 5 days to clear ***!!!!!

So another 3 weeks.. So it takes 7 to 8 weeks that is crazy really!!!!
