Pathetic Service

Hello Peter; I had a car insurance with discovery insure ***. My car was written off, I was called by the guy called Renier who claimed to be an assessor. Later that week he called me and told me that my rear tyres were worn out therefore discovery will not pay out the claim, later that month i received a letter which state that my insurance has lapse. I wrote to the guy called Theron whom i complained to but he never came back to me. I am worried that the claim might have been paid to someone else within because the reason stated misrepresent the facts.
