Pathetic Service

This is the worst insurance I have ever come across. And the most rood people ever. I asked for a status on my claim on 7 June, no answer, asked again on 11 June no answer again. Phoned and spoke to Themba Mkhabela [rood] and he will get back to me [Still to date hasn't ] . Phoned again on 21 June still cant help me with and answer.

Now the accident happened in March. Our car was assest in May and now another month and a half later and still no answer???? Pathetic!!!!!!!
