Pathetic Service

Absolutely shocked at the level of service or lack thereof from Discovery Insure. I have been the one who’s had to constantly follow up on my claim, the consultant, Dionne Stevens, could not care less. Don’t even bother requesting for your call recordings, you won’t get them! This company is out to make money not to resolve your claims. My claim has been pending for close to 2 weeks now, and it’s just a cellphone claim!
