PATHETIC SERVICE

So I get a email from Discoveryinsure we will send you takealot vouchers for your claim not asking me JUST TELLING ME . I EMAILED Keneiloe Makgalemele at 8.30 this morning to call me as I do not want vouchers still no call from her imagine paying them in Takealot vouchers every month end. I reviewed Takealot they did not even get 1 5stars in ther over view and being 356th on the list of online shopping Discoveryinsure must be joking. Keneiloe I am waiting on your call please. Or do you want me to take my disabled husband into Takealot and see what device will suit him best as being in a wheelchair had a brain operation will a Takealot consultant be able to say what the best device will be for him best part of all my phone you want me also to buy that on take alot read there reviews and tell me again you people are a bunch of rip-offs. And getting all this emails from you people to call you is a waste of time when as a client I ask nicely to call me back. People be careful when you choose your insurance

Hold on I was advised by the claims consultant that I can take my gadgets to a repair shop of my choice but has to be registered by Discovery and approvel was given by that call. The irreparable gadgets at repair place and you can notify your salvage people to collect it there both LAPTOP and Phone. it's been almost 14 days and you are still fighting with me regarding my claim . I refuse Takealot vouchers as I don't pay my installment in Takealot vouchers I am not technologically inclined and need to purchase my goods face to face and I thank you.
