Pathetic Service
<p>I am disgusted with Discovery Insure's claims process and management. I have escalated a claim several times and to date no one has contacted me or taken ownership for the mess. I am a short term broker and will personally NEVER work with Discovery again, I will also warn my clients about them.</p> <p> </p> <p>In my 10years of being a broker I have never received such bad service from an insurer before. They don't even take the time to return ones calls. I dont see the point of having a complaints department if nobody cares to resolve the complaints.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
