Pathetic service

<p>Firstly, my claim was unfairly declined. Then my policy was cancelled backdated to imception with the promise to refund all my premiums. I have logged a dispute with both Insure and the onbudsman. Not once has Insure contacted me to explain why my refund has NOT been paid or acknowledge receipt of my dispute. This is by far the worst experience I have ever received regarding one of Discovery's group of companies. Noone in Insure knows what they are doing or even has a care in the world about their client. I regret the day I ever took out this policy.</p>
