Pathetic Service

<p>I've got a motor vehicle claim that been hanging now for three months. It was a cash setllement but some if the issues has not been sorted out and we are struggling to get any info out of Discovery. They never return my calls they never return my emails. The agent Itumeleng that works on the claim just don't CARE AT ALL. It is like talking to a brickwall when you want something to be done by Dyscovery. At this monent I feel like moving my insurance to someone else. How can they ecpect a good service rating if you don't get any service from them at all?</p>
