PATHETIC SERVICE

I wish I could fit everything that happened to 1200 characters!<br> - Involved in car accident (took tow truck driver over 2hours to arrive - with no updates on ETA from discovery)<br> - Driver arrives - discovery tells me car needs to be taken to a toyota dealer as opposed to an assessor as APPARENTLY the battery not working was not a result of the accident - even though this was a clear and direct result. <br> - eventually car taken to assessor, no communication whatsoever from discovery<br> - i sent a request for car to be taken to panel beater in my area - which was acknowledges by discovery personell but car STILL taken to a panel beater miles away from my area<br> - Car hire service was pathetic in the interim<br> - panel beater contacts me to ask me if i will be paying for battery now (?!?!)<br> - car returned almost three weeks later and ABSOLUTE DISASTER AND UNDRIVEABLE<br> <br> one hundred more things happened in between all this.<br> <br> YOU ARE USELESS - back to outsurance I will go - together with my husband<br> GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER
