Pathetic service
Most pathetic insurance company to ever dealt with. They NEVER call back when they say they will call be before end of the day. No one takes accountability. I am still awaiting for their so called Managers to call me back with my rental car. I am suppose to take my car in for repair today but it doesn't seem like it will happen. <br> <br> Managers are NEVER available! And it seems they don't answers their emails either. Simply PATHETIC!!!!! These guys push the bad service to the next level.
