Pathetic service
It's been 2 days since I made a claim and I have not been contacted by discovery all I got is dn email telling me they will contact but no contact discovery service is really becoming pathetic I spent R100 airtime yesterday trying to speak to someone but i was kept on hold all my airtime gone down the drain i tried a data call but i keep getting cut please i need we live in an area where we get 4 hrs a day water and i rely on my water pump which im claiming for because of a power surge please help

15 Feb 2024, 14:26Good day I have finally received a call from a contractor called secure services after 5 days but guess what the msg discovery sends me says I live in Bloemfontein terrible service I'm from south of Johannesburg I don't what to do anymore I'm completely lost for words I give up I throw in the towel u win discovery insure I now know where I stand it's now 5 days without water if the pump is not replaced today unfortunately I'm going to change my insurer thanking you discovery you guys are amazing at messing up
