Pathetic service

I wanted to join Discovery Insure. I called and got a quote from them and said I would join. After then doing my homework and speaking to people, I dediced to not go with them. I called them on 21/01/2015 to cancel the policy. I was told someone would get back to me. I had to call back the following week and again was told someone would call me back. I think I made 4 of 5 calls before someone had the decency to phone me back. The policy was cancelled (cause if it takes them 8 days to call me back to cancel something, can you imagine how long it will take to do actual work). I was promised nothing would be taken out of my account. Low and behold they took R150 as an \admin fee"or something for activating my policy. This policy WAS NEVER ACTIVATED. I have phoned them TWICE again with a promise that someone would get back to me. Surprise surprise"
