Pathetic Service!!!!!!!

Discovery Insurance,what a pathetic bunch of *********** people. Called & lodged a claim for building property damage & car damages on 14/11/23. Damages due to the severe hailstorm on the 13th.

Been following up daily since then only to be spoken to be useless staff members that have no clue as to what they are doing. They will rather put you on hold for +/- an hour then you get cut off with no call back.

As for Managers,according to the staff there are NONE.

Waiting for almost a month for the replacement of windows & skylights amongst another 10 items. No feedback, no updates they just don't care,yet if there is a problem with your payment they will be sll over you like a bad rash.

If there are any Managers at Discovery Insure,building & car claims please call me urgently- Claim No ***,
