Pathetic Non Service!

Discovery Insure has not bothered to sort my claim out. After speaking to numerous staff who claim they will get management to call me back. The owner of the company who was appointed to sort my claim out, called me an appologiesed for his staff entering my house with out adult supervistion & will talk to his staff. But promised to follow up with Discovery regarding my claim. 2 or 3 weeks later, no manager called to appologies or set things right. Highly disgusted with Discovery's unprofessional service.
