Pathetic Insurerance company

Discovery Insure - you'll are absolutely pathetic. I lodged a complaint this morning and you'll choose to ignore it

I had to follow up constantly regarding a simple cell phone claim. I get told today that I will receive a voucher from Takealot for the claim amount- what I received is one third of the authorized amount and what I was told I will receive. This is absolutely pathetic to say the least. You'lls service is disgusting and non existent. Absolutely no client service.
