Pathetic Insurance Service

Playstation is insured with Discovery. It switched on then off, it can never stay on. Something is wrong internally. So we submitted a claim and discovery fetched the playstation. a month later they return it claiming they tested it and nothing is wrong. Now i have documented this happening on video and yet they claim this. Within 5 minutes of me switching it on it switches off again. They also destroyed my brand new PS4 Box.

What kind of *********** technicians do they employee or outsource to. Absolutely terrible service. Paying for absolutely nothing and now we shall look for someone else.
