Pathetic insurance
<p>Bought new mags for my bakkie insured the rims for 15k as this is what i paid for it. Drove my bakkie threw a ditch where they cut threw the whole road near delmas think for cabling. 3 off my tyres where flat had someone brought me other rims. Phoned my adviser as i had to submit claim on webside and you can't selects rims so he phoned and they told him just submit anything so the claim can be submitted. Took the bakkie for inspection explaint to assessor he said he know where it happend had car previous week with same wheel damage. My exxes is 3500 and bow they said i must replace 2 tyres muself and 2 rims will only pay for 2 rims as the webside says pothole and it has been 3 weeks still nothing is done to my car. Phoned 50 people already everytime telling me they will contact me but still nothing. Discovery is the worst insurance ever they are pathetic advertising how good they are bull ****!!!!!</p> <p> </p>

Just spoke to panelbeater they said nothing was sent to them about my wheels so still nothing was done to my bakkie

The authorisation was sent to the repairer on the 30 May 2017, we have requested the repairer to check their online system.

After long wait and numerous called i did receive my vehicle back on the 30 June. As i rexieced my bakkie after paying R3500 exxes for my wheels that i tink is ridiculous i discovered that all 4 my rims is scratched from the people that did the tyres on the wheels. The panelbeater said it was outsourced so i drove to Tyre and more the guu there said he personaly checked my rims and that my rims were all fine and also told mu that my tyre rotation is the wrong way around on my bakkie. The bakkie steering is shaking on 120 km a hour so i went back to the panelbeater and told them the rims need to be repaired and that there is a sound to my right front weel where the new shock was fitted. They told me that eas also outsourced so i have to take it to tem to fix the problem. My car had no petrol in when i fetched my car but when i dropped it off there were plenty off petrol in the car. They said they will call me back haven't heared anything back from them. Had to wait for my car 2 Months to fix 4 rims on it then ehen i got it back my rims was still scratched and the had to pay R3500 for that and recieve my car without petrol. How does Discovery works pay a hell lot of money every month and this is the service i get. They must really get new partners to do there repairs it pathetic
