Pathetic feedback/response time continues

My car has been in an accident two weeks ago, has been with the panelbeaters for 12 days. To date Discovery Insure has not been giving me feedback regarding an assessment date/ or feedback on any assessment outcome. This despite having phoned/E-mailed numerous times, Brice Mavuso at Discovery Insure and the company NedAssist who manages insurance claims on their behalf. <br> <br> I thought this was a reputable company.
