PATHETIC DISGUSTING AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE

My experience with Discovery was pathetic. I have 2 vehicles insured and supposed to receive a cashback each month for fuel when u fill up at BP or Shell with your Vitality card. After receiving 2 cards for 2 cars I was informed that the 1 card, after registering the 2nd card cancels the other. Hence I did not receive any cashback since April '21. Despite speaking to numerous persons and receiving reference number *** and ref no ***, Iand receiving numerous emails, the latest on the 31 May 2021 from M Thailand promising payment, absolutely NOTHING was paid. This is tantamount to theft. I am considering terminating my policy with Discovery. An agent for Discovery Insure called me...I did not seek Discovery and changed from another institution. I have regrets now...These promises by the agent called Minty seems a hoax!...I will NEVER recommend Discovery Insure to any family or friends EVER!
