Pathetic Discovery Insure service.

I am absolutely disgusted with the service Discovery insure is giving me. I have insured my portable possession (iphone) for over three years and payed nearly R6000 in insurance. The other day i drop it by accident and i submit a claim and Discovery insure promised 24 hour response, it has been 11 days and still no phone. This is the so called 'best insurer." What type of pipe dream are you selling, my phone is dead. I want my money I insured it for or a new phone immediately. We Fix is just as useless as you and I cant believe you use a service that uses generic parts. Discovery insure is a waste of time, its a pity there is not anyone better as all insurers are *******, cause i would be done with this ******* company 20 years ago. I want a response immediately and my pay out or a NEW PHONE. Absolute pathetic and useless service. I would give you minus stars as a rating if i could.
