Pathetic customer service by Discovery Insure

Absolutely pathetic service provided by a consultant named Erica...Everytime I call she is never available. I've been trying to get a hold of her for months now however everytime I call she is in a meeting. FURTHERMORE I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND DISCOVERY TO ANYONE AS THE COMPANY IS A WHOLE LOT OF **** AND ARE NEVER READY TO ASSIST THEIR CLIENTS...THE COMPANY SHOULD JUST SHUT DOWN AS THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY USELESS ESPECIALLY THEIR OH SO BUSY CONSULTANT ERICA
