Pathetic customer service

Worst customer service ever. I'm waiting for a manager to call me for 1 week now. They are always in a meeting or on lunch. The consultants are useless, they don't respond to emails or give you timeous feedback on your claim. The process takes forever. Their Facebook profile agents are also useless. They ask you to send your ID or claim number via inbox to adress your problem and look into it however nothing comes of it! I regret joining discovery. It's honestly been the worst ever experience I've had with an insurance company. If you not with them, please don't join. If you with them, please leave before you claim as that's the only time u realize how bad they are.
