Pathetic Claims process and handler

I've had the worst service regarding my vehicle claim from Leezhaen Williams, which if I was given an option to rate below 1 star that would be the rating he receives. Since the day he was assigned my claim, I have had to literally beg for service from him as a claims handler. Finally today he is asked to call me to try resolve my dissatisfaction with his pathetic and lack of service, he still fails to take accountability for his actions. Leezhaen lacks firstly empathy as a claims consultant, accountability and remorse. If I decide to not continue with Discovery for the remaining assets and after replacing my vehicle, it will be because of this experience with him. I have however received great service from Adi Mudau, Mpho Mamaregane and Charis Davies on all interactions I had with them whenever Leezhaen did not feel like helping.
