pathetic claims experience with discovery
<p>I have a claim that is rejected and I'm disputing. I submitted my dispute in writing on the 2017-05-24. On the dispute letter than was sent by discovery, the turn around time on the dispute is 30 days. I believe 30 days has passed and I have received no communication nor response from discovery. The claim number is ********** .</p> <p> </p> <p>This is not the first claim you have rejected. I had a claim rejected and I disputed it and it was overturned to my favour, and the service on that dispute was better than this one as I had constant feedback. On the above dispute I have not received any feedback/update and it now 31 days going to 32 days.</p>

I'm addressing this with a huge disappointment. I have a dispute claim with discovery that is on the 34th day today. Discovery stipulated on the rejection letter they sent me that they attend to thier disputes in 30 days upon recieving the dispute however my dispute is on the 34th day. Now the reason I'm disappointed is that on the 25/06/2017 I complained about this matter on hello Peter and on the 26/06/217 a gentleman called and asked for my claim number of which I provided and that gentleman promised He will take the matter to the relevant claims department and they will call me before the end of business. Until today there is no call, email or sms from discovery regarding the matter. I don't even know who is handling the case and I have had no joy at all from discovery ever since I registered this claim on the 28/06/2017.My claim number is ********** .
