Pathetic!

Pathetic service! I have never been this disappointed in a service provider. I logged a claim on the 19th of August and it’s still not resolved. I complained on the website, no response. The consultant assisting me, no response. Two assessors were assigned of which none contacted me. Why must one complain to be heard! There debit order system is flawless though! I am honestly disgusted right now.
