Pathetic and ********* claims process.
Registered a claim, it has been 23 working days since the claim has been registered. The assessor and claim consultant refused to respond to my calls or emails. Very ********* and unprofessional behavior. Assessor cannot keep his word with regards to feedback and is dragging the claim.

06 Sept 2021, 15:58Honestly, I don't believe anything you guys say. It is 23 working days and tomorrow will be the 24th working day. If Discovery cannot resolve a claim in 23 working days, there is nothing that will change my mind on the fact that Discovery is a pathetic company to deal with.
