pathetic and incompetant service from discovery

The pathetic and incompetant service by discovery and their is absoluetly autrocious. Firstly i sent in a cancellation of my car insurance with them and in october which they never did and they then debited me for November and December after this incompetant staff could not do thier job in cancelling my policy. I then called in on the 29th december after the 2nd debit went off which was not supposed to be done, I called into the retentions office on the 29th of december and A LADY by the name of MONICA said that she would cancell my policy and that i would be refunded for the 2 debits that went off. Up unitl i have not received my money back and when i called in again, a lady by the name of Angie assisted and informed me that my 2 debits are still showing on credit and this not submitted for refund by MONICA. So WHAT SORT OF SERVICE AND INCOMPETANT STAFF DOES DISCOVERY HAVE WHO DONT GIVE A **** ABOUT THE PEOPLE AS THEY TAKE OUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THE TURN. BUT WHEN ITS THEIR **** UP. THEY CANT GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK WHICH IS ENTITLED TO US.

I WANT AN IMMEDIATE RESPONSE ASAP REGARDING MY REFUND.
