Pathetic and disgusting behaviour from discovery insure

I am not impressed with your service at all. I didn’t claim anything yet from discovery, to reward me for this, they have pushed my premium up by R 500 extra... unfortunately they couldn’t justify it, the answer I got Generic responses from them and the answer was due to changes in risk and claims cost inflation expected over the coming 12 months and the funny part is when they want mentioned my insurance risk (the possibility of me claiming) is the largest determining factor of my monthly premium despite the fact that my vehicle is pretty new and covered by bmw for Almost 5 years. So what components you want to cover. Surely the premium supposed go down and not up!!!!
