Pathetic aftercare service

Been with DI for 2 months albeit that I pay more than my previous insurance I was convinced it was a good move Had emergency late last Friday could not get hold of the guy who sold me the policy nothing pushed the panic button on my phone nothing it is now Monday afternoon and still nothing Dear Discovery Insure my son and I are ok as not a single person from your company bothered to contact us The only reason I gave a star is because I had to Not holding my breath for a response as I saw only good reviews get responses
