PATHETIC

Pathetic. Washing Machine lock broke. I live in Plettenberg Bay. Rocket Scientists appoint a Cape Town based service provider. Advisor the clerk that I am 600 kms out of Cape Town. Clerk assures me that PNG are in the western cape. They are not. Seems like the call centre staff need some geography lessons or perhaps an updated data base based on postal codes to get their "service" providers out. This call centre staff at this outfit are so badly trained and ill-informed, I resorted to getting the machine fixed myself. Perhaps that is their angle? Be obtuse and finally the client resorts to sorting the problem out! Clerk paid no attention to the fact that the linen (and its not Mr Price) and clothing in the machine is gathering mould and that I will now have to fork out for that as well. Well, I suppose premium collection is their major business.
