Pathethic Service

Nonkululeko Kolanisi is not only rude but is doing a great disservice to Discovery insurance. I have never dealt with such a rude person, who not only **** that asessors could not get hold of us, that I did not communicate with her, but further emphasised, repeatedly, that I should hace called them to get an update. And all this after they made me run around to see their assesors. Discovery got a report from their own assessors on the damage to my car, but somehow, they decided to lie to me and gave me stupid reasons.
