Passing the BUCK

<p>So i regestired my claim on Friday, i get an email saying i am on leave till 21 August, phone in this morning to find out how far they are with my claim, Oh Mam why don't you just forward everything to Zothane...Like really everything was sent Friday, She did not tell me she is going on leave, so usually when i go on leave i hand over to someone else....Get your Call centre educated properly i sent through all my details why do i have to do it all over again???????????????? Why do i pay you monthly if i dont even get service...Watch now my claim will be declined again as i have name and shamed you AGAIN!!!!!!!!!</p>
