My deceased dad was in a minor accident, no other car involved. Discovery promised to fix car but after 2 months I decided to call discovery for an update. Spoke to Clement Myambo, the guy that is supposedly handling this claim,who never called me once for an update. Clement then told me discovery is no longer fixing car it's written off. I found that very strange, anyway, after a few weeks was told there was a panelbeater invoice of R110000 that must be paid. Car was not fixed, no parts bought but there is a bill if R110000. Clement and her supervisor Charlene Davids can't seem to give me explanation. nor send invoice.
