Panel Beater drive car @ 162 km in 100 zone.

My car is currently at a Panel beater for hail damage. On 3/3/2015, they moved my car from their workshop to the spray Booth, Whoever drove my car from Company was driving 162km in a 100km zone. My frustration is I was Under the impression  that while your car is been repaired & if it needs to be moved around, it will be moved on a roll back truck & not driven by one of the workers. My policy has ONLY myself & my husband as the drivers. Now who gave them the right to drive it & at THAT speed!<br> <br> On the 10/3/2015 Simone Rowland requested from Sifiso Khumalo the owner contract details which she got and received a email from his secretary which she forward to me. It stated their apologies & the guy was dismissed & if there are any fines they will be liable for the fine.<br> <br> I was not happy and Sent a response on the 11/3/2015 requesting them to ask the owner, Who is Liable for the wear & tear of my car, driving at that speed, my Mileage & Petrol? Simone passes it over to Sifiso on the 16/3/2015 awaiting response BUT NOTHING, have not received a SINGLE response from any of them, it would seem they happy with the response they got, I AM NOT! The service is PATHETIC,19/3/15 & STILL NO CAR
