Palesa Dyantyi is absolutely brilliant!

Discovery Insure usually gives good service. But often dealing with people over the phone can be frustrating, especially when you are managing multiple items with many changes. Today I had the pleasure of connecting with Palesa Dyantyi and she is going to be what makes the change from good to great. She gave me great advice in terms of insurance, has a brilliant sense of humour and just the right amount of personal touch. I hope that if I ever have to call again, that she picks up the phone. I can now mark off something on my to do list and with her assistance it was streamlined to perfection.
