Painfully awaiting payment

I wrote off my car on the 23 of March. It is now the 11th of May and there is no sign of payment. Even after a long backwards and forward and an eventual signing of the claim settlement, An agent helping me today says that the car is still at a central dealership so they can't pay me out. Apart from me organizing a tow truck to move the car to a more convenient location for Discovery I quite frankly don't know what to do. I would love to claim my two months of taxi bills to them. terrible service, can't get hold of the same person twice, claims mangers only work until 4pm, different stories, empty promises. I am fuming and sadly hello peter is the only person I can get in direct contact with. Unacceptable. <br>
