i have been having a problem with the Discovery App and this crowdsearch, been back and forth between call center and systems, i then call in to get feedback, spoke to PABLO who was calm during my irate and screaming call, she was calm and very patient, she listened and offered to help, she advised she deals directly with brokers, instead of transfering me she took it upon herself to get me feedback, my airtime finished while waiting on the line, agents never call me back i often have to call back, she called me back, even though my problem is still not fixed the fact that she called me back and tried to assist me to her best abilitty, i appreciated that, INSURE should try hire such and or take her work ethic as an example!! PABLO Your attention to detail in ensuring that all the MY needs were met was impressive. THANK YOU.
