P&G replacement supplier of Discovery insure house

I have been requesting my money from discovery and their replacement supplier P& G ( CAPEINS )<br> January 2016, our house hot broken into, 2 laptops and TV ****** they recommend P&G Kurt to handle the replacement. I had an Hp Laptop and Samsung, I was then offered 2 of the same HP laptops as they didn't have the Samsung laptop. I requested for a different laptop to cover for the Samsung one, I gave the specific details of the laptop I need and paid an upgrade of R2000 for a Lenovo FLEX 2. instead of getting the flex 2 I requested I got another lenovo, same day I sent it back to the supplier. Now I'm requesting my R2000 back as they couldn't supply the laptop requested and paid R2000 extra. I've been told that is not possible R2000 will not be refunded. <br> A need my R2000 ASAP or I'll be forwarding this matter to the claims court.
