Overpriced, Over rated and Under delivers! Frustrating and not worth the hype.

Use any other car insurance. Discovery is marginally more expensive than just about any other insurance, and for the most part of it, is not worth the cost. Yes, there are a lot of (over rated) bells and whistles, but bells and whistles that you pay for with time, money, and patience. When I had to put through a claim, they took forever to process it and I constantly needed to follow up! This year, I made the decision to cancel my policy with them (long overdue, if you ask me). Over the years, I had opted to have my fuel cash back paid into the insure fund. This amount was close to 4K. They were supposed to process this and pay it out to me. 2 months later and they still havent. When I called to query it, they said I forfeit this amount (?? Fine print, perhaps??). They did not honour their word, and money that rightfully should have been paid out to me, is being used by Discovery for God knows what. Really, save yourself the hassle.
