Overdue refund

24 August 2018 I had get for n new insurance plan with Discovery Insure because I removed my broker and went direct with Discovery Insure and I bought n new vehicle as well which I added on the new plan. Mbali as sales helped me to cancel the old policy and send me a mail the same day to advise me that I WILL receive a refund of R2317.60 with in 5-7 working days. on 04 September I called because it was working day 7 already and no refund and spoke to n very nice young chap called Lebo he told me that my refund was pending because Mbali wrote on my refund that no tracker was fitted. On 24 August a chap called Akash helped me with my new policy I clearly state that n tracker was already fitted with Beamie and he advised me that this was fine.

Lebo advised me on 04 September that he will put the request again for the release of my refund, so I have to wait another 5-7 working days for my refund. I'm sorry this is unacceptable because this was not my negligence and my e mail I received did not state anything about pending of any sort.
