Overall Experience of Discovery Insure Claims

Lebogang Khalo assisted me swiftly and was very professional and helpful throughout the call on the 30th of March, to settle the claim. I did however experience some issues, with the discovery insurance claim procedures, on the app using my cellphone. The contact details Discovery used to initially contact us for an assessment were also wrong which caused a delay in the overall procedure. Took almost 3 weeks to settle the claim for a damaged rim and tire. Our previous insurer, Indwe risk services, was much faster in settling a previous claim which was a much greater and more costly incident/accident.
