I have been trying to get my insurance policy reviewed twice in the last 6 months without any joy. The standard answer is we will get back to you, this never happens. After last weeks attempt they pushed my insurance up by R300. My feeling is to pack up and go back to Auto and General where I was treated like a customer and not a cash ***.
