Over priced (*********ing) and pathetic customer service

No human relation, just process and profit driven.

My premium got hiked with almost 100% after a claim. I have 2.5 years cashback saved into my funder account. After a pothole related claim 2 years ago they hiked my premium with 100%. If I cancel my insurance they take all that saved cash, They are charging me R715 for my Suzuki Spresso with an access of R6000!! I pay less for my R300 000 Land Rover at Outsurance.

Asked them to review my premium after 2 years... they can't lower it because I am a high risk. They can lower my premium with R40 if I double my access!!!! They can do what they want, cause they sitting on almost R10 000 they are using as *********.

Consultant refused to assist because I don't know my license code out of my head.... I got my license 25 years ago... But she refuse to assist without me having it. They got irritated because in the beginning of the call I said I can talk, but now I can't provide her with what she needs. Then she is offended when I get upset...

Great products, but over priced, arrogant, and now consideration for the customer!! Regret ever leaving Outsurance!!! Rather less benefits with better service!

They are to big to listen and adapt to customer feedback...
