Over debited - PLEASE REFUND

My very first month with discovery insure and I am already unhappy. I was never informed when I took out the insurance that I will have to pay and an extra R150 over and above my premium. The sales person explicitly told me that there will not be any extra fees (joining fees or any other fees) and all I would need to pay is for the premium. The R150 came as a surprise and unfortunately was not in my budget so I need it back. Please refund immediately. What you are doing is false advertising, I took this policy because I could not afford to pay anything over and above what I was quoted. Please refund that money IMMEDIATELY!
