Over 30 days on 2 claims and no resolution

I have 2 claims with my motor vehicles the first is my vehicle is written off, for 2 weeks I had to pay for my own rental car, because they wouldn't help even though I had cover. It is now over 30 days without a car, and I was promised resolution yesterday and still nothing, with contradictatory information from each person.<br> <br> The other claim has been filed 3 times for a left mirror, without which there is a huge danger to my wife driving, yet 2 claims disappeared and the third keeps being stalled waiting for assessment
