Outstanding service recieved

My son dropped and broke his phone. I reported it to Discovery Insurance at 16.00 hours Monday and by 15.00 on Tuesday the phone had been collected, evaluated, found to be uneconomical to repair and a new phone arranged. In this day and age of bad service I found Vusumzi's attitude and constant feedback to be an absolute pleasure. This is how things should be done.
