Outstanding Service - Pricing/Billing/Service/Premium Review/Cancellation/Reinstatement
While stuck overseas our Insurance plan and who to give access to our vehicle became a pain but I would like to highly commend MATHIBEDI CHUEU from the Retentions Department who went above and beyond to offer us a solution and added a huge discount to top things off! We would have definitely cancelled our plan and left exposed if not for Mathibedi! He is a gem!
